The Liturgy of the Hours, also known as the Divine Office, sets the routine of everyday monastic life. Five times a day the Benedictine nuns of Müstair pray together, recite the rosary daily and celebrate Holy Mass.

From June to September, the choral prayers are celebrated in public in the convent church.

From October to May, they are celebrated in the Rosary Chapel and are only open to guests of the convent.
